Technicians are assigned accounts and visit them weekly. Beyond the typical tasks of maintaining plants they become "account managers" communicating with the customer to insure that they are fully satisfied with our services.
Technicians are throroughly trained in:
- Plant identification, terminology, ideal cultivation requirements, and maintenance practices
- Pest identification and multiple treatment options
- Customer service
