FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • If your containers can easily be carried, you’re welcome to bring them into the store and have our team assist you. We can then deliver or drop them off at your home/business. Larger containers will usually be planted on site by our crew – prescheduling is required.

  • When filling brand new/empty containers, there is an option to add plants to a grow pot and place that inside of the decorative container. This can often mean easier maintenance and change outs. Most established containers with soil will be planted directly.

  • With proper watering and deadheading in Utah’s extreme and changing climate, we recommend changing out your plants for a fresh look every three months.

  • We can make your planters look great during ANY season! Contact us to see some of our available designs.

  • The plants we choose are based on the amount of light/heat your planters get, as well as what you aesthetically choose. We offer topiaries, evergreens, grasses and seasonal plants and flowers to create the look and feel you’d like.

  • Utah weather can be hard on outdoor containers – check out our care instructions below.

  • Yes, as long as we are servicing your plants they are guaranteed to be replaced as needed, some exceptions apply.

  • We can plant your containers on an on-call basis, or we’ll add you to our quarterly seasonal schedule and visit every three months.

  • Our team will refresh soil if needed, remove old/dead plants from planters, add requested fresh items and water in the planters.

  • We charge by the inch and offer additional upgrades on request. Prices change seasonally, please inquire for accurate pricing.

  • Please fill out our online inquiry form and you’ll be able to work with a sales team member who will be available all year long for any of your planting inquiries.
