Discover the art of botanical mixology in this fun, hands-on workshop where herbs take center stage. Learn how to build balanced, flavorful mocktails using herbal infusions, shrubs, bitters, and botanical garnishes while exploring the traditional uses of herbs and how they contribute both flavor and function. 

Along the way, you’ll craft your own custom herbal bitters and botanical sugar or salt rim to take home, along with recipes and inspiration to recreate your favorite herbal drinks at home. Whether you’re sober curious, a cocktail enthusiast, or simply love herbs, you’ll leave with new skills, handcrafted creations, and fresh ideas for bringing botanicals into your everyday rituals.

This is our latest collaboration with Alexandra Rouzier’s Navire Apothecary, a local provider of herbal knowledge and ethically sourced botanicals.

Cost: $65 includes the workshop and all materials.
